Terms

Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing. From vehicle or any compartment of the vehicle that they wish to have addressed. Compartments that have not been emptied will not be serviced. An exception will be applied to important document locations i.e. registration and insurance card. Anderson Auto Detailing will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle

Pricing Terms & Conditions

Our prices are based on detailing type, type of car and condition of the vehicle and will be advertised as a FROM price.
We will not accrue additional charges of agreed upon price without a consultation before additional service.
We provide a free pickup and delivery service within 10 miles of our address 10824 E. Newton Pl. Tulsa, OK 74116. Any pickups and delivery outside of this radius will be subject to additional travel expenses of $1/mile after 10 miles.

Our Service Guarantee Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate auto detailing services for any client that does not agree to our terms of service or who for any reasons that we deem unprofessional.
If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or if there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service to ensure you get the experience you deserve.

Gift Certificates

The final price for auto detailing services rendered may exceed the value of a gift certificate with a predetermined amount.
Additional charges may apply to the redeemer if they choose a package that exceeds the cash value of their gift certificate.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash value.

Service Deposit Requirement and Cancellation Agreement

All scheduled auto detailing jobs require a non-refundable deposit that's minimum 10% of the service purchase price due at the time of scheduling. Special cancellation exceptions are applied on a case by case basis. A deposit can be made by an electronic payment method such as a debit/credit card or cash in person.
Remaining balance of services done to vehicle are due at delivery or pickup when said services are completed.

Bookings

For each time you miss or cancel a detailing appointment without 48 hour notice, a strike will be put on your name. 2 strikes of unreasonable cancellation or no call no shows will terminate any and all professional relationships between the business and the client.
Customers using our Pick-up & Drop Off services must have vehicle insurance that allows for occasional drivers. Anderson Auto Detailing will not be held liable for any damage that could occur when driving your vehicle to & from our sh
